STRUCTUREFreight Network

For US manufacturers & distributors · 5 to 500 loads a month

You read their file before they get your number.

STRUCTURE places your lane with one vetted freight desk — a brokerage or an asset carrier, named, with dated FMCSA checks and what it won't do in writing. Nothing about you is released until you read its match card and approve.

A one-minute access request. Then, if you have freight moving, a live Lane Review — one desk named, or an honest no, within a business day. Free to shippers, always.

STRUCTURE is not a brokerage. We review your freight, select one vetted freight company, show you exactly who they are, and make the introduction only after you approve. You work with them directly — we never touch the load, the rate, or a dollar of it.

Why them, for this lane

  • Runs this corridor weekly — per its filed profile, which it signs.
  • Destination sits inside its stated operating map.
  • Your volume is under a third of its stated monthly headroom.

The desk's commitment

First contact within 2 hours of your approval. A missed window goes on this desk's record.

What this desk does not do

  • No hazmat, including limited quantity.
  • No oversize and no permit loads.
  • No weekend dispatch — business hours only.
Prepared by STRUCTURE · built per laneApprove or decline

Specimen shows one dry-van lane. Cards are built per lane — flatbed, reefer, stepdeck and cross-border desks carry their own files.

The deliverable

The match card is the product.

One page on one desk. Who they are, what we checked and when, why them for your lane — and, in writing, what they do not do. It arrives by email, built to be forwarded to whoever signs off.

Dated, not badged

A check with no date is a claim. Every check on the card names its source and the day it passed.

The written no

A freight introduction that tells you what the desk won't do. If a partner has never told you that, ask why.

Broker or asset — stated

If the desk runs its own trucks, the card says asset-based. If it brokers, it says that too, with the bond on file.

How it runs

Six steps. Your approval is the gate.

  1. 1

    You brief the lane.

About three minutes, online. No phone call, and no phone number required.

  2. 2

We run it against the member desks' files.

Equipment, geography, commodity, capacity, the desk's own minimums. A desk that fails a gate is out.

  3. 3

We verify the one that clears them, and date each check.

Authority and filings against FMCSA. Insurance by certificate. Identity confirmed by us, on the filed number.

  4. 4

You read the card and decide.

Nothing is shared before this step. Decline, and the desk never learns your name.

  5. 5

Approval releases your lane to that one desk.

Your contact details go to the desk you approved. No one else, and nowhere else.

  6. 6

Its first call lands inside the window on the card.

Most desks commit to two hours. A missed window goes on the desk's record.

And if no member desk clears the gates for your lane, we tell you that instead. An honest no beats a stretched fit — a desk that fails you costs us a member, and gains us nothing.

STRUCTURE member terms

The first two numbers are the market. The third is the network's answer. None of it shows up in a rate — it shows up in who answers for your freight, so that is what we put on record.

The terms

When we'll tell you no — and who pays.

The no arrives when

  • Your lane needs equipment no current member desk runs.
  • Your volume is below what a desk can commit a first-contact window to.
  • No desk in your region is clear of its probation review.

The roster is deliberately short. Desks join on probation and stay under review — we would rather hold a short roster than a padded one.

Who pays for this

Member desks fund the network through dues. We take no per-load cut, set no rates, and never see what you pay the desk. You will never be charged.

The dues are why the no is affordable — a bad match costs us a member, and gains us nothing.

Plainly

What this is not.

  • Not a load board.

Your lane is never posted anywhere.

  • Not a lead list.

One desk sees your name — after you approve its card.

  • Not a marketplace.

No logins, no quote roulette, no app doing your job.

  • Not another middleman on the load.

We never move freight, touch the rate, or handle a dollar of it. The desk does the freight; we keep the record.

The first load

The first load is a test.

Nothing here asks you to switch. The terms of trying the network, plainly:

  • Keep your current providers.

Nobody is replaced. The network earns a place next to them, or it doesn't.

  • Start with one load.

One shipment tests the relationship. The assigned desk earns the second.

  • No broker blast.

Your information is never distributed to a list of brokers. One desk, after your approval.

  • Review the match first.

You know exactly who receives your information before they do.

  • No shipper fee, no commitment.

Members fund the network. There is no contract with STRUCTURE and nothing to cancel.

  • Wrong fit? We rematch.

Where the network holds a better-fitting desk, the account moves — and you approve the new card the same way.

Our file

The vetter, on the record.

A page this insistent on files owes you its own.

STRUCTURE · the network desk

  • Who answersHaarith Imran, principal. Lane briefs are read by a person, not a queue.
  • Reach usdesk@structurelogistics.com — the same channel every member desk uses, read by a person.
  • What we holdThe record: desk files, dated checks, placements, and each desk's standing. Never your freight, never your money.
  • How we're paidMember dues only. No per-load cut, no rate involvement — a vetter with a margin on the load isn't a vetter.

The fastest check we can offer: write to the address. A person answers from the network desk — usually the same day.

Same operation as structurelogistics.com, which builds operating software for freight desks — that is how we know a desk's file from the inside. The vetting is funded by member dues, not software sales, and never by your freight.

Asked, answered

The questions that matter.

When do I hear a rate?

From the desk, after you approve — directly, the way any carrier relationship prices. We never see it. That's deliberate: a vetter that takes a margin on the load has a reason to stretch the fit.

If the desk is a brokerage, who checks the actual truck?

The desk does, on its own authority and its own carrier standard — and that standard is part of the file we hold on it. Network rules bar re-brokering your freight. Our dated checks cover the desk you approve; the card never pretends they cover more.

What if the desk underperforms?

Window misses and unanswered introductions go on its record and pull its standing down. Accounts move off failing desks — and any replacement reaches you the same way, as a card you approve first.

What happens if I decline the card?

The review reopens. If another desk clears the gates, you get its card the same way; if none does, we say so. Declining never closes the door — and the declined desk never learns who you were.

What do you do with my details after an honest no?

They stay in your review, shared with no one. Ask us to delete the brief and it's deleted.

Will this turn into sales calls?

No desk can call you before you approve its card — it doesn't have your details. STRUCTURE itself contacts you by email about your review, and by phone only if you gave a number and the lane needs clarifying.

What does it cost, and what do I sign?

Nothing, and nothing. Shippers are never charged, and there is no contract with STRUCTURE — your freight terms are between you and the desk you approve.

Freight on fire this week?

Open the lane review and file it — live freight is read first, and a live lane can run same-day. The business-day window is the ceiling, not the pace.

One lane is enough.

Brief it in three minutes. Read the file inside a business day. Nothing about you moves until you approve.

Every brief is read by a person. Questions first: desk@structurelogistics.com

Checks are point-in-time against the named source on the stamped date and re-run each period. A match card is a verified introduction, not a guarantee of any desk's performance. We run ads; what you type here is never sold, and reaches a desk only after you approve its card.
