How we check brokers

Checked before you see them.

Every broker in the network is a licensed U.S. property broker with its own MC number. Before you see their name, we check four things, and each check prints on your card with its date.

Four checks, each dated.

Their MC and DOT numbers are printed in full, so you can look up their operating authority yourself on FMCSA's SAFER Company Snapshot. FMCSA warns of broker identity theft: if a phone number you're given doesn't match the one posted in SAFER, call the number posted in SAFER. Your card comes only from desk@structurelogistics.com, and it never asks you for payment.

What we don't promise.

We check the broker, not every truck they book. A check is a dated snapshot, not a guarantee of how any broker performs. Ask the broker you approve how they check carriers.

Where's it going?

One checked broker quotes your load if one fits and you approve, or we tell you plainly that nobody fits. STRUCTURE is free to use.
